Pilates is whole body fitness. Whilst there is focus on the core, no muscle group is overdeveloped or left behind! Pilates works on strength and balanced muscle movement as well as flexibility and increased range of motion for the joints. Attention to the powerhouse/core support along with breath and the mind make it an integrative form of fitness hard to beat!


Whether you are an athlete or just starting out in your fitness journey or anywhere in between pilates is adaptable to you and your needs. Maybe you haven’t tried it or are a bit scared or you’re not sure what Pilates is. Whatever your reason, it’s ok! now is the time to give it a go! You can try it from the comfort of your home and even in your pjs if you want! It’s never to late to start Pilates. Your present body AND your future body will thank you.
